Inspur fix for STOR2RRD v2.80 and 2.81

Put there these 2 files:

• svcconfig.pl.gz

  -rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 117546 Aug  1 00:42 bin/svcconfig.pl
  

  Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/svcconfig.pl (755, stor2rrd owner, lpar2rrd on the appliance)
  
  If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv svcconfig.pl.gz svcconfig.pl
  Assure that file size is the same as on above example
  
  
• svcperf.pl.gz

  -rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 51578 Aug  1 01:43 bin/svcperf.pl
  

  Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/svcperf.pl (755, stor2rrd owner, lpar2rrd on the appliance)
  
  If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv svcperf.pl.gz svcperf.pl
  Assure that file size is the same as on above example
